"Sichuan seeks HK investors for 100b yuan projects"

"Sichuan is trying to attract Hong Kong investors in projects estimated to be worth more than 100 billion yuan (HK$116 billion). A team led by the province's vice-governor, Huang Xiaoxiang, was in Hong Kong last week to lobby for investment.
